Mission Statement
St. Dunstan's Parish is a community of the Christian faithful; we are committed as a community who worship, to celebrate the word and sacraments and outreach in service to others, parishioners and non parishioners, with love, respect and support.

Purpose and Objectives
The major purpose and responsibility of the pastoral council, in union with the pastor, is to lead and give direction to the parish. It is responsible for the articulation, the activation, and the direction of the mission of the parish. It is the predominant parish organization.

The Commitment
The mandate for each council member other than the pastor shall be for three years, renewable once or two years renewable twice. Thus a member could be on council for six consecutive years with the possibility of returning to the council after an absence of two years.

The council will meet no fewer than ten times a year. An agenda will be the duty of the executive and prepared for each meeting.
